Our Key Personnel
Fan Chang, RA, NCARB
Founder and Principal
Fan Chang has more than 27 years of experience as a practicing design architect of national and international experience. She has worked for institutional business and government clients such as China Trust, LaSalle University, the Veterans Administration, and the US General Services Administration (GSA). As principal, she oversees and works closely with clients throughout the design process. Ms. Chang received a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University in New York, and studied with Syracuse University's architecture program in Florence, Italy.
Matt Simpson, STA
Partner, Sr. Technical Architect
Matt Simpson is recognized as a technical leader and resource with 30 years of experience in the AEC industry. His expertise includes analysis and implementation of technical products, materials and building systems. He has worked for many federal and state clients including Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), MedStar Health, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Simpson received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland.
I-Kuang, Liang, RA
Senior Architect
I-Kuang Liang, "IK", is a highly skilled and versale architect with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining W2W Design Studio, IK was the founding principal of his own firm where he developed a diverse practice planning, managing and designing projects for institutions, governments agencies, local developers, and entrepreneurs. Mr. Liang received a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
